Deck Day

We had two "deck" projects going on today - the front porch and the back deck landing.

The concrete crew was here first thing this morning to pour the porch, as well as the last two foundation piers under the house.

We will eventually have the porch sandblasted to give it some grip and visual texture, but this will do for now.

And toward the back, Celestino is building the temporary landing at the rear NanaWall. This needs to be in place in order to get our Final Inspection. We'll eventually replace it with a proper Ipe version when we get to it, but we don't want to risk slowing anything down.
